Jake's first order of business will be to learn the company's rigorous quality control systems. Speaking for the company, Loren Wissle explains, "Every service we provide revolves around the customer experience, so we make sure each new employee gets thorough training on service expectations, quality control, and getting good customer feedback." While the initial training program lasts three weeks, there is ongoing training throughout the year, as well as product-specific training whenever the company has a new product offering, says Wissle.
That heavy focus on customer service appears to be paying off. The company intends to add three additional service technicians before winter. "We're not perfect, but we work hard to get just a little better every day," says Wissle. "We expect great things from Jake."
