In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.6% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF), up about 16.8% and shares of Freeport-McMoran (FCX), up about 6.5% on the day.
