In trading on Tuesday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.8%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Northern Dynasty Minerals, off about 12.9% and shares of Mechel PAO down about 4.2% on the day.
