SumTotal® Systems, LLC, a global leader in Strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, announced today the company has earned top rankings for learning management in the recent Bersin by Deloitte research report, “Learning Management Systems 2013: The Definitive Buyer’s Guide to the Global Market for Learning Management Solutions,” available on SumTotal’s website. The report also recognizes SumTotal as the industry’s largest independent provider of integrated talent management solutions.

In the Bersin by Deloitte research, SumTotal is identified as the world’s LMS market share leader, ahead of ERP providers SAP (SuccessFactors), Oracle (Taleo) and all other competitors. The report projects SumTotal will maintain the number one market share position in this growing market in 2013. The report estimates that global spending on LMS systems will grow 10.4 percent to more than $1.8 billion this year.
