SumTotal Systems, LLC, today unveiled the agenda for TotalConnection 2013, the company’s annual customer conference, which will be held April 8-11 in Orlando. In addition to educational sessions and customer presentations from Fortune 500 organizations and some of industry’s “Best Companies to Work For,” this year’s conference will feature an interactive panel comprised of industry experts and practitioners who will discuss business and technology trends driving the next generation of HR.
Conference keynotes will be delivered by David Brady of Wells Fargo, presenting “Innovation through Integration,” and David Tough of Howden, presenting “Leveraging Workforce Analytics to Make Better Talent Decisions and Drive Growth.”
The HR Influencer panel will take place at 9 am on April 11, with the following panelists:
- Josh Bersin, principal and founder of Bersin & Associates, now Bersin by Deloitte;
- Kris Dunn, chief human resources officer for Kinetix and founder of HR Capitalist and Fistful of Talent;
- Laurie Ruettimann, HR industry thought leader, speaker and author of PunkRockHR blog
