Bluegreen Corporation Associates Get Connected with SumTotal Social and Mobile Talent Expansion™ Applications

Bluegreen Corporation, a vacation-ownership company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woodbridge Holdings, LLC, and an indirect subsidiary of BFC Financial Corporation, is a leading timeshare-sales, marketing and resort management company. Debra Crombie, senior director of resort operations learning and development, said they also wanted a technology platform that enabled distance learning for their 2,200 geographically dispersed associates, who are often unable to leave their resorts for regional training opportunities.

Beyond its administrative and resort staff, the company has customer-care representatives who support its 175,000 global customers.
