Boston Scientific wins first trial over transvaginal mesh device

July 30 (Reuters) - A Massachusetts jury has cleared Boston Scientific Corp of selling dangerous and defective transvaginal mesh devices, in the first out of more than 20,000 lawsuits waiting to go to trial.
