Suzhou Alphamab to Start China Trial of Bispecific HER2 Inhibitor

Suzhou Alphamab was granted CFDA approval of an IND for its leading bispecific program, a HER2 inhibitor, which will be tested in patients with HER2 positive breast and gastric cancers. According to Alphamab, KN026 showed excellent binding affinity, efficacy, safety, and PK in pre-clinical tests.
