Duke Energy critics report high arsenic levels near flooding breach at Sutton plant

The Waterkeeper Alliance says tests of one sample near the Sutton Lake dam breach showed arsenic 70 times state quality standards. Duke Energy says its sampling shows levels well below state requirements.
