Mary Kofstad, APRN, MSN, is the new Division President of Signature Healthcare at Home.
Kofstad has been with the company since 2015 where she started as Director of Clinical Services. She most recently served as Vice President of Clinical Operations where she ensured Signature’s services matched the company’s quality standards as well as federal and state requirements. She also implemented a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
In her new role as Division President, she plans to continue cultivating a quality home-based healthcare system started by previous President Bob Thomas. Mary will focus on the overall operations of Signature’s home health and hospice services to ensure they are efficient, successful and available to the community.

Kofstad brings exceptional skills and talent to her new position. She served as a registered nurse for eight years until receiving her post-master’s certification as a family nurse practitioner from Gonzaga University in 2008. Kofstad has a wealth of experience in oncology, acute care program development, and pain and palliative care. She has spoken at several conferences, including the Palliative Care/Acute Pain Nursing Conference she started in 2012. Kofstad is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
