CapitalSource Announces Date for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Earnings Release

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 26, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE:CSE) will release its earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2011 on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 4:15 p.m. EST.

A conference call to discuss the results will be hosted by the Company on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. EST. Analysts and investors are invited to access the call via webcast on the CapitalSource web site at An audio replay will also be available for 90 days on the website.

CapitalSource Bank will file its Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income for A Bank With Domestic Offices Only FFIEC 041, for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 (the Call Report) with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) on January 30, 2012.
