First Solar's Solar Ranch One Receives Approval

First Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: FSLR) received approval from Los Angeles County to resume construction of the Solar Ranch One photovoltaic power plant in Antelope Valley. Shares of the solar module company climbed $1.23 to $15.77.
