UPDATE 1-Miner Fresnillo hands investors one-off dividend boost

LONDON, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Mexico's Fresnillo, the world's largest primary silver producer, will make a $165 million one-off payment to shareholders, handing them a boost equivalent to over four times an interim dividend held back by weaker precious metals prices.
