TREASURIES-Yields on hold ahead of Fed interest-rate meeting

U.S. Treasury yields ticked up but were essentially stalled on Monday morning as traders held off from placing large positions ahead of the Federal Reserve's policy-setting meeting this week at which the U.S. central bank is expected to keep interest rates steady.
