On February 13, 2008, Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, announced the monthly dividends declared on the common shares of three of its closed-end equity funds (the “Funds”). The record date for the dividends is February 22, 2008, and the payable date is February 29, 2008. The ex-dividend date is February 20, 2008. The distribution per share for each Fund is as follows:

At this time, the Funds believe that a portion of their respective distribution may be comprised of short-term or long-term capital gains.
