Wall Street Media Presents Exclusive Strategist Video on the Recent Equity Market
Posted on May 20, 2009 at 16:28 PM EDT

Wall Street Media presents exclusive video of Rich Gordon, the highly regarded Fixed Income Market Strategist of Wachovia Corporation (NYSE:WFC), explaining that the heavy equity issuance adds fundamental support for credit spreads. He says that the equity markets have begun to give back some of their recent gains. On Friday, the S&P closed 5% lower than where it began the week, although it recaptured a part of that loss on Monday’s trading. He makes a point that unless we see strong economic data, it is hard to justify the renewal of a bull market.

Wall Street Media also presents exclusive video of the insightful Todd Sullivan of ValuePlays sharing the reasons behind his option positions for oil. He explains that different options, such as Jan 2010 $35 call or Jan 2011 $42 call, on United States Oil (NYSE:USO) will give you a control over the same amount for a fraction of the cost. Todd, however, warns the investors of these options’ high risks.
