Wells Fargo & Company Announces Dividend

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable September 1, 2009, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2009. The Company has approximately 4.7 billion shares outstanding.
