Nokia (NYSE: NOK ) shares jumped 43.85% to $5.61 in pre-market trading after the company announced its plans to sell its cellphone business to Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT ) for 5.44 billion euros ($7.2 billion). Logitech International SA (NASDAQ: LOGI ) shares gained 6.84% to $7.81 in the pre-market
