Air China’s flight hours cut after co-pilot’s e-cigarette caused emergency descent

China’s aviation regulator will cut Air China’s flight hours for its Boeing 737 fleet by 10% and revoke the licences for the pilot and co-pilot involved in an emergency descent last week.
