Ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's testimony before House intel panel is delayed by nearly 3 weeks

Cohen was originally scheduled to testify before the panel on Friday. But Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., said the closed-door testimony would be delayed until Feb. 28 "in the interests of the investigation."
