WeWork agrees to lease 40,000 square feet at new Midtown project

The co-working giant will occupy 40,000 square feet at 1389 Peachtree St., one of three mid-rise buildings that Atlanta developer Parkside Partners is remaking into new creative office space, restaurants and other amenities.
