KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Marbella, its latest collection of new single-family homes in Southwest San Antonio. At Marbella, KB Home will construct 313 one- and two-story homes and offer 13 distinct floor plans. With up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and ranging in size from approximately 1,200 to 2,700 square feet, the homes at Marbella also feature desirable design characteristics like walk-in closets, elegant master suites and lofts. Pricing begins in the $170,000s.
