Hasbro-DreamWorks merger talks end

The Wall Street Journal reported that merger discussions between Hasbro Inc. (Nasdaq: HAS) and DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. (Nasdaq: DWA) have faltered. Shares of DreamWorks plunged $3.71 to close at $22.31 while Hasbro stock climbed $2.35 to close at $56.37.
