HCP Inc. (NYSE: HCP) fell to a loss for the fourth quarter of 99 cents per FFO compared with earnings of 70 cents per FFO a year earlier and forecast disappointing 2016 funds from operations. Shares of the real estate investment trust plunged $5.66 to close at $28.33.
