Textura Corp. (NYSE: TXTR) will be acquired by Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) for a premium of $663 million in cash. Shares of Textura leaped $6.11 to close at $26.00 while Oracle stock lost 52 cents to close at $40.33.
