UPDATE 1-Shell completes Ho-Ho pipeline reversal

NEW YORK, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell on Monday started the reversed Houston-to-Houma pipeline, giving U.S. Gulf Coast refineries a new route to access cheap crude supplies.
