BNP to slash dividend, issue bonds as U.S. settlement nears- WSJ

PARIS, June 27 (Reuters) - France's biggest listed bank BNP Paribas plans to slash its dividend and sell billions of euros in bonds to investors next week, as it nears a settlement with U.S. authorities over violations of sanctions, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday.
