PARIS, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 42 to 46 points higher, or up as much as 0.7 percent, Germany's DAX to open 67 to 73 points higher, or up as much as 0.8 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 28 to 30 points higher, or up as much as 0.7 percent.
