Black, Latino workers in retail may be paid less than whites

Many of the 15 million working in retail deal with unpredictable hours, but blacks and Latinos are likely to be paid less than their white counterparts and are more likely to be among the working poor, according to a study by public policy organization Demos and the NAACP, a civil-rights group.
