Norfolk Lawyer Neal C. Schulwolf Reappointed by Governor McAuliffe

Governor McAuliffe honors Kalfus & Nachman by announcing a member of their team has received reappointment to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Birth Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program.

NORFOLK, VA, July 28, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The law office of Kalfus & Nachman PC is honored to announce that Neal C. Schulwolf has been reappointed to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Birth Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program. Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that Mr. Schulwolf will reside on the board for another three year term (2014-2016).

The Virginia Birth Related Neurological Injury Program helps parents take care of children who suffer neurologic injuries during childbirth. The program covers what insurance and other programs don't, which includes necessary medical expenses, hospital expenses, rehabilitation expenses, and in-home nursing care. Mr. Schulwolf was first appointed to the board in June of 2011 by Governor Bob McDonnell; currently Mr. Schulwolf serves as vice-chair of the board.

Norfolk Attorney Neal Schulwolf has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1989. He is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA) as well as the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Governors of VTLA and as chairman of VTLA's Continuing Legal Education and Publications Committees. He also chaired VTLA's state program on "Evidence for the Trial Lawyer." He was also the 1st appointed to VTLA's Board of Governors in 2006.
