Alosa family ownership group grows by adding two more locations.

CONCORD, NH, July 03, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joseph Alosa, President and CEO of Yankee Trucks, LLC and Green Mountain Kenworth, Inc. announced today that he has entered into an agreement with Kenworth Truck Company and C-B Kenworth, Inc. to purchase the assets of C-B Kenworth in Portland and Bangor, Maine.

"It's quite an honor to be able to represent the highest quality trucks across New Hampshire, Vermont, Upstate New York, and now Maine. Maine has a great history with Kenworth Trucks because they stand up to the harsh New England winters and the off-road conditions of industries like logging and agriculture.

Additionally, the group of Alosa-owned companies announced that it will join together and call itself "New England Kenworth" presenting a unified brand of its 6 medium and heavy duty truck dealerships operations in New England and Upstate New York.

"Many like-branded dealers across the country have been consolidating into larger groups. It allows dealership companies to be able to offer more competitive and consistent products and pricing across a larger geographic area - and by definition trucks don't stay in one place," Alosa said. "In the coming weeks, New England Kenworth will offer common customer charge accounts and common parts pricing across all its locations. Additionally, we are expanding our on-line customer portal where a customer can log in to purchase parts, review invoices, and schedule service appointments at any location from the same login."
