San Diego, Ca: Today, July 6, 2015, Ferran Technology, Inc. (Ferran-Tech) announced its acquisition of Reno Sub-Systems’ Vacuum Products division, based in San Diego California. Accordingly to Ferran-Tech’s CEO David Ferran, “This is a great opportunity for us to accelerate the launch of our new line of Wyde Gauge™ vacuum sensors.”

Ferran-Tech’s new line of Wyde Gauge™, Capacitance Diaphragm Gauges (CDGs) provides precise vacuum measurements for use in the fabrication of advanced micro-electronic devices.
