Irvine, CA - September 23, 2016 - (Newswire.com)

Identified Talent Solutions is a locally owned and operated HR consulting and staffing firm. Established in Irvine, Ca, it provides staffing solutions for all size companies and human resource services specifically tailored to small businesses.

On September 19, 2016, The Orange County Business Journal released this year's list for the Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Identified Talent Solutions was ranked 5th in the "Small Companies" category. The category comprised of 60 companies with annual revenues up to 10 million. Identified Talent Solutions saw revenue growth of 554.3% between 2014 and 2016. Established in 2013, this was the first year that the company was eligible for the list.

Founder and Managing Director, Paul M. David states, "We're humbled and honored by this recognition. I left a great position with a multi-billion company to start Identified Talent purely because of necessity. My wife passed away after a 4-year battle with cancer. I became a single father to our 4 year old daughter and needed to find a way to be there for her and make a living. Three years later, I'm stunned about the accomplishments we have made. I truly have the best team and this success is really about their efforts and passion to service our customers."

Paul M. David also serves on the board of the Mommy and Me Cancer Foundation, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) cancer care non-profit organization that's creation was inspired by Paul's late wife.
