Pinnacle Holding Company, a Syracuse, New York based financial services company, announced today the appointment of Elizabeth Bartlett to the newly formed executive position of Chief Business Development Officer. The CBDO appointment of Bartlett, who has been with PHC for 11 years, leverages her extensive knowledge of both the organization and the industry in identifying new sales opportunities and driving business growth.
