Infinite Global Reveal What They Look For In A Potential Candidate

Andrew Papageorgiou of Infinite Global took part in an in-depth interview where he explained what he looks for in a candidate and why these skillsets aid business development in the sales industry.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, March 25, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The business owner also shed light on why he decided to pursue a career in the direct marketing industry. Born in Chicago, Mr Papageorgiou initially found work as a sales rep for a retailing giant. In 2015, he decided to move Nashville, still employed by the retailers, but with ambitions to pursue his passion for stand-up comedy. Having always been good with people and crowds, he found stand-up came naturally to him. These traits also helped him as a sales rep. The retailers were impressed with his performance and offered him a promotion to sales manager, which he promptly declined, deciding that the company's directive didn't fit with his personality. Instead, he decided to move back to Chicago, where he continued sales for another agency, eventually excelling to the point where he could afford to branch off and begin his own business in Indianapolis, Infinite Global.

Mr Papageorgiou reveals the name "Infinite Global" spawned from his childhood. When he was small, he always believed in immortality and the 'infinite' chain of cause and effect. He maintained this view even as a sales rep, believing that giving customers a good experience would catalyze more happiness: "They will go home and be happy. Then they'd tell someone else why they're happy, and a good experience will go around like that, forever. Even if it feels only temporary, I have made someone happy and they will give off that happiness elsewhere. Everything always goes full circle, I help the customer, the customer helps a client, it comes around. Everything is always going forward in a never-ending circle. When you put no limits on something, you'll reach further than you could ever have imagined" - Andrew Papageorgiou, CEO of Infinite Global.

Additionally, the twenty-four-year-old took some time to describe Infinite Global's ideal candidate. Potential employees must have the right personality. This includes a heart for helping people, a competitive spirit, and the energy and willingness to progress. Mr Papageorgiou, who mentors aspiring business men and women, believes these three factors make up the drive necessary to be successful in his business.

Infinite Global understands that generating optimum results for clients requires the best team possible. By the end of the year, they hope that four to seven of their independent contractors will have progressed and taken on new managerial responsibilities within the firm. Beyond that, the firm has long-term goals of expanding to the East Coast and tapping into the pool of potential talent there. Eventually, Mr Papageorgiou hopes to have over fifteen managers overseeing their respective districts.
