( www.theagencyguy.com), has teamed up with SEMrush, Neil Patel Digital, and Pacific Group to host "Mobile 2018: Optimizing for Mobile Like a Boss". During this event, an experienced panel of marketing experts will share how marketers can best optimize their web presence for the mobile index. Attendees will learn how mobile-first indexing impacts their business, how to move beyond responsive design and optimize for this new indexing, and much more.

"The panel will consist of experts such as Marcela De Vivo of SEMrush, a company known for SEO software(or branded SEMrush) . Ms. De Vivo brings almost 20 years of experience in the digital marketing industry to this event, and she will be joined by Jeff Carpenter from Neil Patel Digital. Mr. Carpenter has worked with major companies including Oakley, ADT, and Petco to boost their SEO strategy and more. Hussein Ebied of Pacific Digital Group will round out the panel, which will be moderated by Ashley Ward of SEMrush," John Bertino, spokesperson for The Agency Guy, Inc., announces.

Google reports the average American now has 4.1 internet connected devices, as of 2017. Sixty-nine percent of these individuals access the internet via their smartphone as often as they do through their computer. The search engine has taken note of this and is now prioritizing mobile indexing to ensure their site visitors find the information they desire. The panel will focus on how to attract the mobile user's attention and draw them into the site.

"Companies have long understood the importance of appearing on page one of the Google search engine results page. Now they must learn how to ensure they are visible on mobile devices and this is where mobile-first indexing comes in. However, it goes much further than this, and companies need to acknowledge this basic fact," Bertino continues.

Voice search is one thing companies must account for when it comes to mobile indexing. People make use of their mobile devices to carry out voice searches and this is only one of the many features that will be discussed during the panel. The more a company knows about mobile indexing and the impact it will have on their business, the easier it will be to remain competitive as these changes go forward.
