Turkey's Wind Power Capacity Grows 36% to 1,799 Megawatts

ISTANBUL, TURKEY--February 20, 2012--Researched by Industrial Info Re-sources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Turkey's newest windfarms , which were established last year, added 470 megawatts (MW) to the country's installed wind power capacity, increasing the total to 1,799 MW, according to the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA).
