Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) filed a $1 billion lawsuit against Qualcomm (Nasdaq: QCOM) for using anticompetitive practices. Shares of Apple edged up 8 cents to close at $120.08 while Qualcomm stock plummeted $8.00 to close at $54.88.
