On February 1, 2006, QuickLogic Corporation (“QuickLogic”) issued a press release regarding QuickLogic’s financial results for the fiscal year and quarter ended December 31, 2005.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
