Item 5.02                                             DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS

 

On May 20, 2008, Mr. Jaimie Pickles resigned his position as President and Chief Operating Officer of InsWeb Corporation and will terminate his employment with the Company effective June 30, 2008.  Mr. Pickles’ career at InsWeb began in March 1999, heading up InsWeb’s sales and client development functions before being named President and COO in April 2007.

 

Mr. Pickles’ duties will be assumed by Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Hussein Enan.
