Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 10, 2012, CubeSmart (NYSE:CUBE) issued a press release announcing that our Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common shares of $0.11 per share and a quarterly cash dividend on our Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of $0.484375. The press release announced that the respective dividends are payable on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 1, 2013. Since January 1, 2013 is a holiday, the record date will be January 2, 2013.
