Item 7.01.                          Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

In a news release issued on January 6, 2014, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its management will be attending two investor conferences in January 2014.  The Company’s management will attend the Goldman Sachs Healthcare CEOs Unscripted Conference on January 7, 2014, and will be presenting at 1:00 pm Eastern Time.  The Company’s management will also attend the J. P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 14, 2014, and will be presenting at 2:00 pm Pacific Time.  Both presentations will be webcast and available for live audio and replay at www.amerisourcebergen.com.

 

In its news release, the Company also announced that it continues to expect adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations in the range of $3.60 to $3.73 for fiscal year 2014.  The Company announced on December 20, 2013 that it plans to release its financial results for the first fiscal quarter on January 23, 2014.
