A press release was issued on November 20, 2018 announcing that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.068125 per share.  The dividend is payable January 2, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2018.  Attached is a copy of the press release labeled as Exhibit 99(a).
