On October 6, 2009, NexCen Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the 2008 fiscal year and for the first quarter of 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
