On July 19, 2010, Delta Apparel, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing a discussion of the Company’s preliminary results of operations for the quarter and fiscal year ended July 3, 2010.  The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
