As of March 17, 2005, the Company's Compensation Committee had approved; and in the case of Dr. Scarlett, had recommended to the Board, which had approved 2005 salaries for the following executive officers: Ross G. Clark ($240,000); Andrew J. Grethlein ($235,000); Timothy P. Lynch ($245,000); Mike Parker ($235,000); Stephen N. Rosenfield ($265,000); John Scarlett ($340,000); and Thomas Silberg ($320,000).
