Other Events

On September 28, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court granted the company’s petition for review of the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which had sustained the government’s default termination of the A-12 aircraft contract. The issue specified by the Court for review involves the state-secrets privilege, which had been invoked by the government in the litigation.
