On January 30, 2013, MPLX LP issued a press release announcing fourth quarter 2012 earnings. Among other items, the press release reports net income attributable to MPLX LP for the period beginning October 31, 2012 and ending December 31, 2012 (the “post-IPO period”) of $13.1 million. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
