On May 6, 2013, Inergy, L.P. (Inergy) issued a press release announcing that the board of directors of Inergy GP, LLC, general partner of Inergy, set the record date and distribution date for the distribution to Inergy unitholders of 56,398,707 common units of Inergy Midstream, L.P. (NRGM) held by Inergy, pursuant to a contribution agreement between Inergy, Crestwood Holdings LLC and Crestwood Gas Services Holdings LLC. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
