Whiting Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) is filing as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporating by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K the Company’s unaudited pro forma financial information for the nine months ended September 30, 2017, which gives effect to the Company’s disposition of its Fort Berthold Indian Reservation properties, as if it had occurred on January 1, 2016.
